Took my sick cat there almost 2 weeks ago veterinarian was fantastic but called today to ha e my cat put down because he isnt getting any better and the receptionist was extremely rude and had no time for me and tried to get me off the phone who does that when they know I have a sick cat not impressed at all

The staff at Tillsonburg Veterinary are wonderful! They know everyone in our family, even the humans! Jiri and staff truly care about the well being of the furry members of our family. Great selection and prices on specialty foods and prescriptions. Appointment and wait times are reasonable.
While camping in Port Burwell our dachshund suffered a deep gash on his side and went immediately to this vet, we received immediate and excellent care, we were seen at once and Zac was stitched up that afternoon and was picked up by 5pm. They even called in morning to see how he was. They even sent all info to our local vet. Thanks for excellent treatment !
