We used BR Plumbing for a bathroom renovation. They provided good advice on purchasing fixtures for our bathroom. The work was done promptly. The plumber had to work in a dirt crawl space and never complained. We will definitely be using them in the future with another larger renovation project.
Ok so heres the Real Deal on BRs Plumbing. I like this place a lot. They do a lot of great work and everyone is very polite ,and knowledgeable. I like that when I call generally someone is always available. Ive had them to my home three times and the fourth time will be this Friday. I look forward to knowing that when they touch it. They fix what needs to Fix and not ever do they do the up sell. The one thing I dislike is the truck service fee. I wish this would come off the invoice period. Absorb this suspicious charge in the Labour. Even though I dislike the charge that doesnt mean theyre one of the most Reliable Companies Ive dealt with throughout the years. We had an incredibly patient and professional gas technician who came to our house and helped us run a new line from the meter and through the house in order or us to get a gas stove installed. He made sure everything was done correctly as we pulled the piping through to the designated spot. Once everything was finished he made sure all was in order and re-lit the furnace-fireplace and water heater. A job well done and we would highly recommend B&R to anyone who needs work done.
I have nothing but great things to say about BRS Plumbing. From immediate issues and same day follow up, to efficient follow through on plumbing and HVAC projects. Excellent service onsite and with all things construction, things happen as we are all human and BRS always follows through professionally. I needed plumbing done for a basement bathroom. I received a call back the same day as well as a free quote in home the same day I called the office. The guys were extremely helpful, gave me advice and did a superb job. They were very accommodating of my tight timeline and worked with me as the project progressed to completion. I cant say enough good things about them!! Want it done right and on time call them and you will be happy you didnt hire anyone else. Would give them 6 stars if I could
