Extremely helpful staff!! Very knowledgeable and willing to educate you on all your pet needs. They were so instrumental in my very first aquarium. I can’t wait to get my new fish!!!
Bought a fish for each of my children's tank. Got them home and the next day both died and l the 20 other fish in each tank died within a few days. Took them back and was told we should test our water. Said the fish couldn't have been sick. In looking at the tanks upon returning the dead fish, the same tank was in quarantine. Obviously sick fish that killed all our other fish. Nothing was done to make it right or acknowledge the loss of all our fish. Will not be returning.
Called ahead to see they had what we wanted. Was told yes have lots. Get there and yes they have lots, but you can't buy them. Myself and my children couldn't be more disappointed. We won't be back
All our fish died and killed some of our other fish. They were obviously ill as they had other fish in quarantine when we purchased. They assured us the fish we bought were fine. They were wrong. We called and told them, and all they said was we will get back to you. Of course, they never called back. Very upset, and so is my 9 year old with the loss of our fish
Great staff, super friendly. Shelby, the groomer, does great work. Good selection of toys for small animals. Love it here! Edit: Thanks for the reply! It was my cat I brought in haha (she really needed a good de-shedding since it's springtime!); Shelby still was fantastic though, with all animals clearly!
