Staff went above and beyond today with customer service. Purchased a vent with grill from them a few months ago but lost the receipt. The grill became defective. In order to get a free replacement from the manufacturer we needed the receipt. They were able to go back through their records and find it for me. It was a lot of work for them and I was glad they helped.Staff was very plentiful, helpful and friendly. Store is very bright and clean and well stocked. Definitely a repeat destination for me. I am happy to shop locally with such good level of service
I come to this place often, I find if the staff don't know you personally they are not as nice, almost make you feel uncomfortable. Selection and prices are good.
