My folks bought a beautiful red couch at Stubbes. The pleather was guaranteed to last by staff but after a year the surface started to peel off, revealing the black surface underneath. They took photos and made Stubbes aware of this defect, but, since Stubbes no longer sold the couch, they refused to reimburse. Will not deal with them again. Buyers beware!

Staff greeted me when I walked in. Took me to section I was interested in seeing and went out of their way to find information for me when I asked. They didn't hover trying to make a sale which impressed me.
